By using these websites (the "Site") and services (together with the Site, the "Services") offered by MySportResume, (together with itts, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors — collectively, "MySportResume," "we," or "us"), you’re agreeing to these legally binding rules (the "Terms"). MySportResume is an online sport resume platform that enables student athletes (“Students”) to submit sport related information directly to College Coaches (“Coaches”) through email and using a link to the MySportResume student resume for the purpose of initiating discussions related to college recruiting. The MySportResume platform offers distinct benefits to Students outlined below.

All registration data and other product related information collected through MYSPORTRESUME is subject to our Privacy Policy. For more information, see our full privacy policy at Privacy Policy. You understand that through your use of MYSPORTRESUME, You consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information.
Eligibility: MYSPORTRESUME has the right, in MYSPORTRESUME’s sole discretion, to deny access to MYSPORTRESUME to any parties.
Password: You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the MYSPORTRESUME registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify MYSPORTRESUME by email to support@MySportResume.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that You exit from your account at the end of each session. MYSPORTRESUME cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
Account Information: You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address.
You may terminate your use of MYSPORTRESUME at any time by deleting your resume within your account and/or by notifying MYSPORTRESUME in writing of your wish to terminate the service. MYSPORTRESUME may terminate the MYSPORTRESUME service at any time with or without cause.
MYSPORTRESUME does not claim ownership rights in any content submitted to or through MYSPORTRESUME (“Content”). You agree to allow MYSPORTRESUME to store all Content submitted to or through You through the MYSPORTRESUME system.
MYSPORTRESUME and other MYSPORTRESUME graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are registered trademarks, service marks, trade names or trade dress of MYSPORTRESUME in the U.S. and/or other countries. MYSPORTRESUME trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names or email addresses, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion.
MYSPORTRESUME may contain robot exclusion headers, which contain internal rules for software usage. Much of the information on MYSPORTRESUME is updated on a real-time basis and is proprietary to MYSPORTRESUME. You agree that You will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access MYSPORTRESUME for any purpose without MYSPORTRESUME’s prior express written permission. Additionally, You agree that You will not: copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any content from MYSPORTRESUME without the prior expressed written permission of MYSPORTRESUME or interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of MYSPORTRESUME or any activities conducted on MYSPORTRESUME.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD MYSPORTRESUME AND (AS APPLICABLE) MYSPORTRESUME’S AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS OR THE DOCUMENTS IT INCORPORATES BY REFERENCE, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THE RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY.
MYSPORTRESUME DOES NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO MYSPORTRESUME, AND OPERATION OF MYSPORTRESUME MAY BE INTERFERED WITH BY NUMEROUS FACTORS OUTSIDE MYSPORTRESUME’S CONTROL.
You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of MYSPORTRESUME.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention. All remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
You and MYSPORTRESUME are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms.
MYSPORTRESUME reserves the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice, at any time. MYSPORTRESUME reserves the right to alter these Terms or other policies at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms, MYSPORTRESUME will notify You via email to the email address in your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at MYSPORTRESUME’s sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its or any other jurisdiction’s conflict of law principles. Any controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be determined by arbitration in the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) using arbitrators who are experienced commercial litigators admitted before the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You consent to personal jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the purposes of enforcing and applying this arbitration clause and further consent to the venue of the state and federal courts located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for the purpose of enforcing and applying this arbitration clause. All parties agree to be bound by the results of any arbitration; judgment upon the award so rendered may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices shall be sent by email to Attn: MySportResume at support@MySportResume.com or, to the email address you provide to MYSPORTRESUME (either during the registration process or when your email address changes). Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, MYSPORTRESUME may give you notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided to MYSPORTRESUME. In such case, notice shall be deemed given three days after the date of mailing.
